Q. Do I qualify to hire a car or van ?
A. Hirers must be at least 21 years of age, with a valid and clean driver's license.
Q. How can I pay for the rental vehicle ?
A. Payments by all major credit cards are accepted as well as a personal cheque, with a cheque guarantee card.
Q. What if I have problems with the car on the road ? (i.e. Breakdown)
A. All our vehicles are covered by the AA, details of which are provided on the rental agreement.
Q. What if I am involved in a road traffic accident ?
A. Immediately contact our offices, where our Road Traffic Accident Department will help you with the recovery of the vehicle.
Q. Will I be charged for mileage ?
A. All our tariff charges include unlimited mileage, and as such there will be no additional charges.
Q. Am I responsible for damages to the rental vehicle ?
A. We offer a collision damage waver for a small daily / weekly charge which will cover all damage to the vehicle as well as glass breakage and punctures. Please note that damage caused above cab height is not covered by our insurance, and will be the responsibility of the hirer.
